Aw you want to make cards? Awesomeness!!! Oh...have you been submitting them but they get declined? Hmmm...the one thing about cards is you have to make sure that the text is easy to read. If it is blurry or just blends too much into the image, it will get declined right away. Make it large and clear enough with a good text so people can read it okay^^ You don't need any special effects to make cards. :D You can make them with paint, photoshop, etc. ^_^
I used to make my cards with paint before I started using the program GIMP to make them. Here is an example....

The best V-day card ever!
That's the one thing I always hated about V-day, the sappy souls that nag and complain about it because they don't have a Girl/boy friend. Who cares! This is the time to show ANYBODY that you love how much you care! >:D
I would always get a box of chocalates for my family ever year! I love V-day so much. I even have my heart ribbions on today!
